About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and sales-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team at Shivneri Smart Insurance. The role involves connecting with customers for vehicle insurance renewals, explaining policy details, and converting leads into successful renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls for 2-wheeler insurance renewals and policy follow-ups.

• Create & explain policy quotations, benefits,and renewal options to customers clearly.

• Handle inbound queries professionally and assist customers with policy-related concerns.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion into sales.

• Maintain accurate records and update customer details in the system.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets with a positive and focused attitude.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English

• Strong convincing and sales skills with a target-driven mindset

• Must be fast and comfortable using Android phones and laptops

• Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and maintain professionalism
