Job Overview

We are looking for Telecallers to join our growing customer outreach team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, introducing our services, addressing inquiries, and generating quality leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided database lists.

• Deliver clear, persuasive presentations/pitches explaining products, services, or solutions.

• Understand customer needs, answer questions, and address objections effectively.

• Generate qualified leads, book appointments, or achieve set conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead statuses, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to ensure timely client follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

For Freshers:

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Strong verbal communication skills in [English, Telugu, Hindi].

• Confident, polite telephone etiquette, and an eager-to-learn attitude.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).

For Experienced Candidates:

• 6 months to 3+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer relationship management.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and conversion targets.

• Demonstrated negotiation, problem-solving, and objection-handling abilities.

• Experience using CRM software and lead management tools.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
