Responsible for leading a sales team to achieve loan disbursement targets while ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Drive team to achieve monthly sales targets
Manage, train, and monitor team performance

Ensure smooth loan processing and coordination
Maintain compliance and reporting standards

Requirements

12th Passed (Graduate preferred)
2–5 years of loan sales experience with team handling
Strong leadership and target-driven mindset
