Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 + Incentive + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and lead female tele sales team

Monitor daily sales performance and target achievement

Guide team members for better customer handling and sales conversion

Maintain calling reports and team coordination.

Required Skills:

Good team handling and leadership skills

Strong communication and convincing ability

Knowledge of battery and charger sales preferred

Basic computer knowledge

Target-oriented and positive attitude

Experience: Tele sales/team handling experience preferred.
