Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct product demonstrations and explain solution benefits to potential clients
· Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate product features
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Handle client objections and resolve concerns effectively
· Make cold calls and follow up with leads
· Draft professional emails and schedule demo
· Maintain data in CRM and other sales tools
· Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Key Skills:
· Excellent communication in English and Hindi
· Good understanding of software platforms: programming basics, databases, web applications, AI, CRM, ERP, accounting software, HR/payroll
· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
· High level of responsibility and target-driven attitude
· Basic IT knowledge is a plus.
