Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell loan and credit card products through telecalling. The role involves contacting customers, explaining product details, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain features, benefits, and offers of loan and credit card products.

• Generate leads and convert interested customers into applications.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.

• Guide customers about eligibility criteria and required documents.

• Assist customers in filling out application details correctly.

• Follow up regularly until approval and final processing.

• Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in the system/CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
