Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and promote our engineering courses.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

• Provide customized course recommendations based on student needs.

• Address student queries regarding course details, fees, and career outcomes.

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM system.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Build strong rapport with students to ensure a positive counselling experience.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

• Basic understanding of engineering or technical courses (preferred).

• Good command of English.

• CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Qualifications

• Any graduate (Engineering background is a plus)

• Experience in EdTech/Telesales/Counselling preferred
