Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to incoming inquiries.

• Design Crew will provide leads, which you will be responsible for contacting, following up with, and converting into clients.

• Generate additional leads independently through cold calling, networking, references, social media, market research, and other sales activities.

• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services such as branding, graphic design, packaging design, social media marketing, digital marketing, and other creative solutions.

• Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details with potential clients.

• Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain and update the lead database with call, follow-up, and conversion status.

• Submit regular reports regarding lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, and closures.

• Coordinate with the internal design and creative team after successful client conversion.

• Field work is an important part of the role. One day every week will be dedicated to field sales, client meetings, networking, and lead generation.

• Visit potential clients, businesses, and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.

• Actively participate in upcoming exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities on behalf of Design Crew.

• Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients and business contacts.

• Willingness to travel for field work and client meetings.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
