Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced, field-oriented Sales Professional with deep knowledge of the machinery and power tools industry. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence across the Marathwada region, visiting dealers, industries, and end-users to drive sales for our core product lines.Key Responsibilities:Field Sales & Travel: Extensive travel across Aurangabad and the Marathwada district to meet existing clients and develop new ones.Product Demonstration: Expertise in explaining and demonstrating Power Tools, Generators, Diesel Engines, Water Pumps, and Gruha Udyog (Home Industry) machinery.Network Building: Identifying and appointing new dealers/sub-dealers in rural and urban pockets.Sales Targets: Achieving monthly sales goals and ensuring timely collection of payments.Market Intelligence: Keeping track of competitors and identifying new opportunities in the industrial and agricultural sectors.Requirements:Industry Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience specifically in Machinery, Hardware, or Power Tools.Technical Knowledge: Must understand the technical specifications of engines and pumps to answer customer queries.Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with the Marathwada market (Beed, Jalna, Latur, Osmanabad, etc.) is a huge plus.Language: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential; basic English is a plus.Ownership: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on industry experience.Traveling allowances and performance-based commissions.A stable and respected work environment at a well-known machinery store.
