Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Update customer details and call records in CRM software.
Resolve customer queries and objections professionally.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
Ability to work with targets and handle rejection positively.
Prior tele sales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
