Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Counselor

Gender Preference: Female and Male

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Shift Timing:

Morning-

Time- 7am - 3pm

Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 (In-hand)

Evening-

Time- 2pm to 10pm

Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 (In-hand)

Job Description :

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and prior experience in sales or customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements

Explain products/services clearly and convert inquiries into sales

Maintain customer records and follow up on leads

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Handle billing, basic data entry, and reporting using computer systems

Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th pass

At least 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, CRM is a plus)

Good communication skills in English and local language

Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
