Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is critical to driving admissions, building relationships, and ensuring MarketDojo’s first batch of students is filled with ambitious, disciplined traders.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive student enrollment and admissions for MarketDojo’s trading courses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and institutions
• Present MarketDojo’s unique value proposition: “Dehradun’s first live trading floor experience”
• Execute sales campaigns across calls, meetings, and events
• Collaborate with the creative director on promotional strategies and messaging
• Track leads, conversions, and provide regular performance reports
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or admissions
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work with urgency and meet ambitious targets
• Familiarity with financial education or trading (preferred but not mandatory)
• Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by results
