Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Lead Generation & Sales: Actively prospect new clients via cold outreach, networking, and digital platforms to build a robust sales pipeline.
Campaign Management: Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified leads.
Client Engagement: Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to prospective buyers.
Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales and marketing data, analyzing campaign ROI and performance against quotas. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, digital marketing, or business development.
Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
