We’re looking for a Sales Telecaller who’s energetic, persuasive, and passionate about helping businesses go digital!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (retailers, distributors, and manufacturers) to promote our e-commerce management services.

• Explain the company’s services clearly and answer queries about marketplace onboarding, cataloging, and advertising.

• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.

• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with interested clients.

• Maintain accurate call logs, client details, and follow-up status in CRM tools.

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

• Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve sales strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or in a similar sales role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing power and ability to handle objections.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) is a plus.

• Proficient in Hindi and English; regional language skills will be an advantage.

• Goal-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
