# Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Female Sales Counselor to join our Study Abroad consultancy. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents. Your goal is to guide them through the complexities of international education and convince them to choose our services for their overseas journey.

# Key Responsibilities:-

-Lead Conversion: Call prospective students who have inquired about studying abroad and convert leads into enrollments.

-Student Counseling: Provide detailed information regarding universities, courses, and visa processes in countries like the Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Cyprus, UK, etc.

-Relationship Building: Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline with students and parents to ensure high conversion rates.

-Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.

-Documentation Support: Assist students in understanding the initial documentation required for application.

# Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 0–3 years in Sales, Telecalling, or Education Counseling (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome).

# Communication: Fluent in English and [Local Language]. You must be able to speak confidently and professionally.

Persuasion: Strong "closing" skills—the ability to handle objections and convince students of the value of global education.

Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (or the ability to learn quickly on Android-based CRM apps).
