Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Telecaller / Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to connect with potential candidates interested in trading and invite them to explore Exvix’s trader development and funding programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain Exvix’s programs and trader opportunities.

• Generate interest and schedule meetings or demos with our trading team.

• Maintain lead data, follow up regularly, and ensure conversions.

• Understand and clearly communicate program details, benefits, and eligibility.

• Handle queries professionally and build strong rapport with prospects.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred).

• Basic understanding of trading / financial markets is a plus (training will be provided).

• Confident, proactive, and result-oriented personality.

• Ability to handle rejections and follow up consistently.

• Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.

• Prior experience in telecalling / sales / financial services preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
