Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Lucknow, UP | Job Type: Full Time - Field & Office

Experience: 0 to 4 Years | Qualification: Graduate in any stream/ MBA / Diploma (Electrical Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our complete range of Earthing & Lightning Protection materials. Candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client visits, quotation, and order closing.

Products to Sale:

Copper Bonded Earthing Rod, Maintenance Free Chemical Earthing Electrode, GI Earthing Strip, Copper Strip, Earth Pit Cover, EEC Compound, Lightning Arrester, ESE Lightning Arrester.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Sales & Business Development:-

1. Generate new business from Builders, Electrical Contractors, Industrial Plants, Solar Projects, Government Departments.

2. Do regular field visits to project sites, consultants, and dealers.

3. Handle inquiries from IndiaMART, Website, and reference clients.

4. Prepare and send Quotation, GTP, Technical Catalogue, and Company Profile.

5. Negotiation and order closing, payment follow-up.

B) Marketing & Reporting:-

6. Maintain daily call report and client database in Excel/Google Sheet.

7. Promote products on social media and maintain online presence.

8. Market research - Competitor price, new upcoming projects in UP, MP, RJ, GJ, CG, region.

9. Coordinate with factory for dispatch and delivery.

Required Skills:-

1. Excellent communication & convincing skills - Hindi & English

2. Must have own 2-wheeler and valid Driving License (Only For Male candidates) .

3. Knowledge of MS Office, Email, CRM.

4. Experience in Electrical / Earthing product sales will be a big advantage.

Salary & Benefits:-

1. Salary: Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month (Based on Interview).
