Job Title: Sales Executive

About Us

Our sales channels include IndiaMart, TradeIndia, local leads, social media platforms, and direct customer engagement. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and leads from IndiaMart, TradeIndia, social media, and local networks.

• Call customers, share product details, and clarify terms & conditions.

• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.

• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into sales.

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and farmers.

• Prepare and share product information in a clear, convincing manner.

• Report daily activities and sales progress to management.

Requirements

• Computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email handling).

• Good English communication skills (written & spoken).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Prior experience in online sales, B2B platforms, or agrochemical/fertilizer industry preferred.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling IndiaMart/TradeIndia leads.

• Familiarity with social media sales and digital communication tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with customers.
