Job Description:

We are hiring an fresher/experienced Telecaller / Cold Calling Executive to join our office in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai.

The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with the ability to handle customer queries and generate property leads.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Navi Mumbai and nearby areas.

• Explain property details, investment opportunities, and projects.

• Handle inbound customer queries and maintain records in CRM/database.

• Convert leads into site visits and coordinate with sales executives.

• Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Requirements:

• Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

• Proven experience in telecalling / cold calling / customer service (real estate preferred).

• Strong communication & convincing ability (Hindi + English).

• Knowledge of sales & marketing basics.

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate with relevant experience.
