Job Profile:

The employee shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.

2. Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and outreach activities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

4. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.

5. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

6. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.

7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

8. Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business development activities.

9. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

11. Participate in exhibitions, events, and networking activities to promote the company's services.

12. Assist in branding, marketing, and promotional initiatives of the organization.

13. Prepare periodic business development and sales reports for management.

14. Ensure customer satisfaction and support client retention efforts.
