Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals and networking.

- Identify potential customers and understand their property requirements.

- Present and explain residential, commercial and investment property opportunities to prospective clients.

- Arrange property/site visits with clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful sales.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.

- Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

- Participate in property exhibitions, meetings, promotional campaigns and networking events.

- Stay updated on market trends, property prices and competing projects.

- Support the company's digital and offline marketing activities.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Customer-focused and professional attitude.

- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and MS power Poiny, WhatsApp and social media platforms.

- Ability to generate leads and independently manage follow-ups.

- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.

- Knowledge of the real estate market will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, automobiles or related industries, will be an advantage.

- Candidates with a strong local network and sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
