Tele Sales Executive / Tele Caller (Technical Demo)

About the Role

B Creative Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive / Tele Caller to connect with potential customers and conduct online product demonstrations for leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact qualified leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

• Understand customer requirements and business needs.

• Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations via Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms.

• Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.

• Follow up with prospects after demonstrations.

• Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth customer onboarding.

• Achieve monthly demo and sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication.

• Good presentation and convincing skills.

• Confident in speaking with customers over phone and video calls.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, Internet).

• Willingness to learn new software and technologies.

• Positive attitude and self-motivation.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (Final-year students may also apply).

• Experience: 0–2 years in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a similar role.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
