We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive with prior real estate experience at Arjav InfraBuildwell Pvt. Ltd. to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, explaining real estate projects, following up with prospective buyers, and scheduling site visits to drive sales With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹22,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on property inquiries.

• Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans to potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable property options.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the field sales team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversion rates.

• Update customer details, call records, and lead status in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
