Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance

• Set sales targets and monitor team progress regularly

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

• Coordinate with marketing and management teams to improve sales results

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (preferred)
