🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international travel markets.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.

• Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and hospitality partners.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key accounts.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

  • Conduct training sessions on travel products, destinations, and sales techniques.

• Business Development

  • Expand the company’s presence in new markets (leisure, corporate, MICE – Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and packages.

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
