Humein apni Industrial Epoxy & PU Flooring business ke liye ek smart, experienced aur target-oriented Sales Manager ki zarurat hai, jo naye industrial clients generate kar sake aur leads ko successfully orders mein convert kar sake.

💼 Responsibilities

• IndiaMART aur other sources se leads handle karna

• Customers ko call karke requirement samajhna

• Industrial clients ke site visits aur meetings karna

• Epoxy Flooring, PU Flooring aur Industrial Floor Coating services explain karna

• Site requirement ke according quotation prepare karna

• Customer ke saath rate negotiation aur order closing karna

• Pending quotations ka regular follow-up karna

• New factories, warehouses, pharma, food, manufacturing aur commercial clients develop karna

• Telecaller/field sales team ko manage aur guide karna

• Monthly sales target achieve karna

• Advance aur pending payment ka follow-up karna

• Daily sales report aur lead status maintain karna

✅ Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of Sales/Business Development experience preferred

• B2B / Industrial / Construction / Flooring / Paint / Chemical sales experience preferred

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Customer handling aur follow-up mein strong hona chahiye

• Field work aur client meetings ke liye comfortable hona chahiye

• Target-oriented aur self-motivated hona chahiye

• Industrial Flooring ka experience ho to preference di jayegi

💰 Salary & Incentive

₹20,000 – ₹22,000/month + Performance-Based Incentive

Achha performance karne wale candidate ke liye earning potential salary se kaafi zyada hoga.
