Total Requirements: 25 People

CTC: Max 3.6 Lakhs Per Annum (Approx. ₹19,000 - ₹28,000+ per month, likely with additional performance-based incentives)

Interivew Timing Monday to Friday 11am -1 Pm

Job description

Purpose: Outbound calling to customers who dropped off during the Amazon Pay Later activation process to help them complete the journey and close the sale.

Profile: Telesales / Telecalling (Outbound/Retention)

Languages: Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and required Regional Languages (Kannada, Tamil, etc.)

Experience: Freshers or 0-1+ years of experience (Telesales/BPO background preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management: Calling prospective customers who have interacted with the product but not completed sign-up.

2. Conversion: Assisting customers with KYC or technical issues to complete the Amazon Pay Later funnel.

3. Data Management: Accurate recording of interactions in CRM
