We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within the Ayurveda BPO division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring high-quality standards, monitoring performance, and maintaining accountability for the overall sales workflow. A strong leadership approach, professional communication style, and the ability to drive continuous improvement are essential for this role.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team on a daily basis.
Foster a positive and disciplined work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, targets, and improvement areas.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure consistent performance.
Take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across the entire team.
Monitor lead conversions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
Track and evaluate individual and team performance using KPIs and reports.
Implement performance improvement plans where required.
Conduct routine quality checks on sales calls and customer interactions.
Ensure all communication meets company standards, SOPs, and Ayurveda guidelines.
Identify gaps in quality and initiate corrective measures promptly.
Maintain accuracy, clarity, and professionalism across all conversations.
Provide regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.
Ensure team members are updated on Ayurveda product features and process changes.
Create coaching plans to develop their selling skills and customer handling abilities.
Maintain smooth workflow and efficient daily operations.
Ensure proper documentation, CRM updates, and timely reporting.
Coordinate with senior management to develop better sales strategies.
Support the team in handling complex customer queries and escalations.
Ensure the team delivers a professional, polite, and informative customer experience.
Work on customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
Address escalation cases with patience and problem-solving skills.
Share performance reports, quality insights, and operational updates with management.
Work closely with internal teams for marketing alignment, process updates, and product improvements.
Recommend necessary changes to enhance sales efficiency and output.
Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in BPO, telesales, or wellness industries.
Strong experience in team handling and performance management.
Excellent verbal communication, sales skills, and leadership qualities.
Ability to maintain high accountability and deliver consistent results.
Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and daily sales reporting.
Willingness to learn and understand Ayurveda products and processes.
Professional attitude, disciplined work ethic, and problem-solving mindset.
