Sales Manager – Telecalling
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
Organization: Bharat Pratibha Samman Council
Location: Delhi
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the telecalling sales team.
- Handle and monitor leads generated through digital campaigns.
- Set and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, follow-ups and conversions.
- Train and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
- Handle important leads and support the team in closing deals.
- Maintain daily sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in telesales/telecalling or sales team management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven ability to manage a target-driven sales team.
- Result-oriented, proactive and comfortable working under sales pressure.
