Key Responsibilities:
· Identify potential customers and generate leads for various loan products.
· Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation requirements, and repayment terms to customers.
· Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
· Maintain regular contact with existing customers to cross-sell/up-sell financial products.
· Collect required documents, verify details, and ensure smooth application processing.
· Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursal of loans.
· Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred for senior roles).
· Experience: 1–3 years in loan sales or financial services (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
· Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Strong convincing and negotiation skills
o Basic understanding of loan processes and financial products
o Self-motivated and target-driven
o Preferred Experience Areas:
· Direct sales or DSA channels
· Personal loans / Business loans / Home loans / Auto loans
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Number of loans disbursed
· Conversion rate from leads to sales
· Revenue generated per loan
Compensation:
· Fixed Salary (based on experience and location)
