Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalls who can communicate effectively with customers in Kannada, Telugu, and English. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and client follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain products/services clearly in Kannada, Telugu, or English.

Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

Maintain call logs and update customer information.

Follow up with customers for repeat business and feedback.

Required Skills

Strong verbal communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, and English (any two languages is preferred).

Good listening and persuasion skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customer queries and objections positively.

Prior tele calling/BPO experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications

12th / Any Graduate

Freshers and experienced (0–2 years) can apply
