We are hiring for the position of Customer Relationship Executive – Cross Sales for IDFC First Bank (Cross Sell Process) at Digitide Business Solutions, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This role involves interacting with existing customers, understanding their needs, and cross-selling suitable banking products such as loans, credit cards, and other financial services. The salary for freshers ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 in-hand, depending on interview performance, while experienced candidates can earn ₹19,700 to ₹24,000 in-hand (CTC up to 2.5 LPA). The shift timing is 9:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with 6 days working and Sunday fixed off. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply, and good communication skills in English and Hindi along with basic computer knowledge are required. Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts. The interview process includes an HR round, face-to-face client interview, and an aptitude test.
