Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, or referrals

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships

Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Update customer details and sales records regularly

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales processing

Requirements:

Graduation or HSC (depending on company criteria)

Experience in sales/telecalling/field sales preferred

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to work under targets and pressure

Basic knowledge of CRM or MS Excel is a plus
