Job Posting: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, or referrals

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Update customer details and sales records regularly

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales processing

Requirements:

• Graduation or HSC (depending on company criteria)

• Experience in sales/telecalling/field sales preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

• Basic knowledge of CRM or MS Excel is a plus
