- Company: Wise Global Research Services Pvt Ltd (SEBI Registered Advisory Firm)

- Role: Business Advisor (BA)/ Senior Business Advisor (SBA)/ Team Lead (TL)

- Location: Indore (6th Floor, Office no. 501 Onam Plaza near Industry house Old Palasia)

- Work Type: Office-based

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer calls (inbound and outbound)

2. Inform customers about company products/services and offers

3. Identify customer needs and clarify information

4. Manage calls in a timely manner

5. Utilize dialer systems

Requirements

1. Fluency in Hindi

2. Good communication skills

3. Ability to work on phone for extended periods

4. Immediate joiners preferred

5. Graduate degree (experienced and freshers can apply)

6. Basic knowledge of stock market (e.g., understanding of stocks, bonds, ETFs, market trends)

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹45,000
