We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services and converting leads into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, a positive attitude and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from the leads provided by the company.

• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products/services effectively.

• Generate interest, handle customer queries and address objections during sales calls.

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve assigned monthly/weekly targets.

• Follow up with prospective customers at regular intervals to close pending opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM/HRMS or designated system.

• Ensure timely and proper follow-up on all assigned leads.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams for smooth onboarding/activation of customers.

• Provide accurate information to customers regarding pricing, plans, features, services and applicable terms.

• Escalate customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Maintain professional communication and follow the company's sales process and calling guidelines.

• Achieve defined KPIs including call volume, connected calls, conversions, revenue and follow-up targets.

• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on sales performance, lead status and challenges.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Perform any other sales-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good command of English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi / other regional languages will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, B2C Sales or Customer Acquisition will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
