Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loans (Poonawalla Fincorp)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote personal loan products

• Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

• Follow up with customers to ensure closure of sales

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and loan processing

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of computers

Salary (In-hand):

• Freshers: ₹16,000 per month

• Experienced: ₹18,000 per month

Shift Timing:

• 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
