Position: Outbound Sales Executive - Voice Process

Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi | Near Tughlakabad Metro Station

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1 Year – 3 Years in Outbound Sales/Voice Process

Languages Required | Openings | CTC

Tamil + English - Mandatory | 2 | Up to ₹4.8 LPA

Telugu + English - Mandatory | 2 | Up to ₹4.8 LPA

Punjabi + English - Mandatory | 1 | Up to ₹3.6 LPA

Hindi + English - Mandatory | 1 | Up to ₹3.6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch Insurance, Loan & Financial products/services

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets & KPIs

- Build rapport in regional language and explain BFSI product benefits clearly

- Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and ensure quality customer experience

- Handle objections smartly and close deals effectively

What We’re Looking For

- Mandatory: Minimum 1 Year prior experience in Outbound Sales Calling

- Mandatory: Experience in Insurance, Loan, or Finance products - BFSI sector

- Language: Fluent in Tamil/ Telugu/ Punjabi/ Hindi + English is mandatory - Must read, write & speak

- Target-driven, confident, and customer-centric approach

- Basic computer skills & typing speed

- Graduate/Undergraduate with good speaking skills can apply
