Job Title: Insurance Telesales Executive
Location: Mayur vihar phase 1
Department: Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Insurance Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products.
Generate sales by convincing customers to purchase insurance policies.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain and update customer database and call records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about policies.
Coordinate with the sales team and management for better performance.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in telesales / telecalling (Insurance experience preferred).
Salary:
Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance.
Fresher - 12k to 15k
Exp - 16k to 18k (Depend upon interview)
