Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our women’s wear business. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales through calls and WhatsApp, explaining products, following up with potential customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding women’s wear products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product details, pricing, sizes, availability, offers and other relevant information.

• Generate sales through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic product/order-related concerns.

• Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability and order status.

• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Keep track of customer follow-ups and pending leads.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM.

• Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.

• Interest or understanding of women’s fashion/apparel will be an advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / 12th Pass can be considered based on experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Retail Sales, Fashion/Apparel Sales or Customer Sales.

• Candidates with experience in women’s wear, fashion, garments, apparel or lifestyle products will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Preferred Candidate

Female candidates preferred with good communication, customer-handling and sales skills.
