Sales Executive
Job Role
Sales Executive ka main kaam company ke products/services ko customers ko sell karna, new customers banana aur existing customers ke saath relationship maintain karna hota hai.
Key Responsibilities
New customers/leads identify karna.
Customers ko product/service ke features aur benefits explain karna.
Customer ki requirements samajhna.
Sales calls aur follow-ups karna.
Leads ko customers mein convert karna.
Sales targets achieve karna.
Customer queries aur objections handle karna.
Orders aur sales details maintain karna.
Daily sales report prepare karna.
Existing customers ke saath good relationship maintain karna.
Required Skills
Good communication skills.
Hindi aur basic English communication.
Convincing & negotiation skills.
Customer handling skills.
Sales aur follow-up skills.
Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
Target-oriented attitude.
Confidence aur positive attitude.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain, agar company fresher hiring karti ho.
Experience
0–2 years
Freshers ke liye training provide ki ja sakti hai.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives
Salary experience, company aur location ke according vary karegi.
