Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive

Location: flat No1 second Floor ramanand Market Sitapur roadLucknow
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily outbound & inbound calls to potential customers, distributors, and dealers.
• Promote and explain company products (Earthing & Lightning Arrester solutions) to clients.
• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert into sales.
• Maintain customer database and update call records in system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Experience: 1 – 4 years in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Support.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge will be an added advantage).
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple leads.
• Comfortable with 6 days working in day shift.
