Job Summary

We're seeking a results-driven Tele Consultants to handle pre-qualified and pre-approved personal loan leads. Your goal will be to convert leads into sales by providing excellent customer service and loan information.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact pre-qualified and pre-approved customers

- Explain loan features, interest rates, and repayment terms

- Address customer queries and concerns

- Meet sales targets and convert leads

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

- Excellent communication and sales skills

- Strong understanding of personal loan products (training provided)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
