About the Role:

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the stock market and financial services sector. You will be responsible for supporting key operations within our advisory firm, including managing client data, ensuring accuracy in reports, and assisting in the coordination of daily activities. The position requires strong attention to detail, a basic understanding of financial markets (or a willingness to learn), and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a performance-oriented role that also offers learning and growth in the dynamic world of stock market advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

 Interact with clients via telephone/WhatsApp.

 Understanding client’s needs and objectives

 Convince and close clients to purchase our services.

 Share timely updates about our services.

 Upgrade existing customers from monthly to half-yearly services.

 Call & engage prospective clients to maximize sales.

 Build a relation with clients by giving excellent service, consistent engagement & periodic feedback.

 Maintain accurate data & update details in CRM & excel sheet on regular basis.

Candidate Requirements:

 Graduate in any discipline

 0 to 3 years of work experience (Fresher’s are welcome)

 Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

 Basic computer proficiency

 Good communication skills

Note: Comprehensive training will be provided to Fresher’s.
