Job Title: Sales Executive – Telecalling (B2B)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated Telecalling Sales Executive (B2B) to generate leads, connect with business clients, and drive sales through outbound calls. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling

• Explain products/services and share company offerings

• Fix appointments or meetings for the sales team

• Maintain client database and follow-ups regularly

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth conversions

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus

• Confident, target-oriented, and persuasive

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain follow-ups

Qualification:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives (as per experience & Interview)
