Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential retailers/clients to generate business leads.
• Introduce company products and explain their features, benefits, and suitability as per retailer requirements.
• Follow up with leads, retailers, and prospective clients regularly.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for suitable product recommendations.
• Generate and qualify leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales enquiries.
• Prepare and update daily/weekly call and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team and support them in achieving overall business targets.
• Handle basic customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
