Location: Indore – Work From Office (Full Time)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience & capability)
Weekly Off: Thursday or Friday (Sunday Working)
Role Overview
We are hiring a capable and result-oriented Sales Executive to sell high-ticket education programs ranging from ₹1 lakh to ₹5 lakh. This is a consultative yet assertive sales role focused on meaningful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Sell programs priced between ₹1 lakh – ₹5 lakh
Conduct detailed consultation calls
Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads
Handle objections and rejections confidently
Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline tracking
Coordinate with operations team after closures
Experience Required
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or high-ticket course sales. Mandatory experience selling programs worth ₹1 lakh or more. EdTech or coaching industry experience preferred.

Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
Ability to be both consultative and assertive
Emotional resilience and follow-up discipline
Strong objection-handling ability
Basic reporting knowledge
Laptop preferred (not mandatory)
