Virtual Relationship Manager – Banking Process (Teleperformance)

Salary : 16000 freshers;17000-18000 for experienced

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone,

email, and digital channels.

2. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking

products and services.

3. Provide assistance regarding savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance,

and investment products.

4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly while ensuring a

positive customer experience.

5. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to enhance engagement

and retention.

6. Cross-sell and up-sell banking products based on customer requirements and

eligibility.

7. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and data

security standards.

8. Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in the CRM

system.9. Achieve monthly targets related to customer acquisition, revenue generation,

and customer satisfaction.

10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and

timely issue resolution.
