Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Sales Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will assist clients in identifying suitable loan products, guide them through the application process, and support them from initial inquiry to loan closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients

Educate customers on loan options and eligibility requirements

Assist in loan application completion and documentation

Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely approvals

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:
