Job Description

Sybaritic Linen is looking for a confident, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, promoting our hospitality products, and converting leads into sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Contact potential and existing customers to generate business opportunities.

2. Promote Sybaritic Linen's products, including bed linen, bath linen, mattresses, pillows, guest amenities, restaurant linen, and uniforms.

3. Identify new customers in hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitals, and other hospitality businesses.

4. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

5. Prepare and share quotations with customers.

6. Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

8. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

9. Coordinate with the field sales team regarding customer enquiries and business opportunities.

10. Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.

11. Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and customer feedback.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident telephone communication and customer-handling skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.

• Ability to maintain customer records and follow up regularly.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work towards sales targets.
